CT School Library Budget: Greenwich: $12,500. E. Hartford: $0

Where Greenwich’s elementary school library budget is $12,500 per year (not including staffing), East Hartford’s is zero.

But this is no ones problem, and this is a difficult problem with no easy solution, so let’s think about it for two seconds and then, of course, for get about it.
